Delivery Options
We ship around New Zealand using flat rates through Pass the Parcel. Orders will generally leave within 48 hours of payment. I live in a rural location, so please allow an extra day for service.
We accept most major credit cards through the Stripe gateway.
Please Note that all prices on our site are listed in NZD$.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll discuss the return options.
We ship via Pass the Parcel in prepaid bags. This means that your parcel is tracked and we can offer consistent freight prices.
Our flat rates are:
$ 7.00 for NZ Wide (Urban) and
$11.00 for NZ Wide (Rural)
Product Exchange Policy
Most of my products are bespoke one-off creations, so offering an exchange can be extremely difficult. Please contact me to discuss any remedy which may be required to meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act as we value our customers and will work hard to exceed your expectations.
